• Account Transfer Prohibited: Your account cannot be sold, rented, or transferred to anyone else.
• Suspicious Activity: If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Odds Changes: Odds change quickly in live betting. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to a server or network issue, Yesbajee will investigate and make a final decision.
• Parlay Bet: In a parlay bet combining multiple selections, all selections must be correct for the bet to win.

Yesbajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is issued once only and applies up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement. Typically, you must place bets worth 10–20x the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Cashback Offer: Our weekly cashback offer gives you up to 10% back. Cashback applies to net losses only.
• Referral Bonus: Both you and your referred friend receive a bonus when you refer someone — but the referred person must make their first deposit to qualify.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Yesbajee. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Operating an account using someone else's identity
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Attempting money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Harassing or defrauding other members

Yesbajee reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Upon proven violation of the terms and conditions
• If you register using false information
• Involvement in prohibited activities
• Extended inactivity of more than 12 months

You can request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Yesbajee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
